It can be difficult to figure out how to maintain a healthy balance and feel "normal" again, specifically from an energy perspective.
In this series, I want to share with you some of the lessons learned about to fight fatigue.
Join me as I discuss some easy ways to start to change your diet:
-Start by writing down what you're eating.
-Evaluate that list of foods and determine your next steps.
-If you need help, visit a dietician and nutritionist as appropriate.
-Start small by changing your food one item at a time.
-Examine how you feel as you start to remove foods that don't help you and write down how you feel when you start to eat better.
-Evaluate your energy levels after changing your diet.
