I think the problem that so many of us face is that we're constantly feeling like we're on a hamster wheel. This means that you're constantly trying to make up for the lack of energy that you have, or the brain fog.

 

You want to make sure that you're presenting yourself as a professional,  and that you're knowledgeable in what you do. I

 

I felt like I had to work 10x harder than everyone else because I didn't want anyone to think that I was using my condition as an excuse. 

With that being said, I had to learn how to give myself grace. To start, I thought about three questions:

  1. What are you good at?
  2. What are the things that you enjoy doing?
  3. How can you do more of what you love?

 

I have learned that by identifying these things, I operate in my strengths, not my weaknesses and it allows me to improve on the things that I lack, so I challenge you to take some time to write these things down.
