Managing a thyroid disease can be pretty difficult, especially when there are others involved that you have to take care of.
In this episode, I talk about how I try to manage the expectations of others around me as well as how I work.
I also share stories of having my nephew for part of a summer and how I was able to care for him while being present and able to manage my energy.
