Sometimes it is easier for us to hold on to the emotional baggage and the "things that have been done to us". I have learned that the more that we hold on to that anger, hurt and pain, the less likely we are to heal.
Hanging on to those feelings blocks us from being able to be present for us as well as those that we love around us. However, regardless of our environment, we have to choose to break the cycles of holding on to the bad things and allow ourselves to prosper!
