I love protein…well I love food….no shocker there. Our last macronutrient, protein, is also important. I want to point out that it's very important to understand that we have to balance the consumption of everything that we consume, whether it's protein, carbs or fats. Remember: You have to have a take it easy and take small steps to make changes over time.Too much protein or too little can create an imbalance in the body and can put too much stress on the body, which ultimately can wreak havoc in your thyroid gland.
